Perform seasonally before storing your RV for the winter to prevent water lines and tanks from freezing.

• Drain fresh water tanks and water heater, including toilet, shower and sinks. 
• Fill P-Traps with anti-freeze.
• Pump anti-freeze through water lines with water heater bypass already installed.

Perform seasonally before the camping season.

• Flush RV water lines of antifreeze
• Install water filter
• Reinstall anode rod
• Reinstall & test batteries
• Inspect propane tanks

• Check tire condition

WATER HOOK-UP REQUIRED

Recommended annually to improve performance and operating efficiency. 

• Examine shroud for cracks and damage; check compressor voltage; check compressor amperage 
• Remove and clean A/C filter; clean and unclog A/C roof drains 
• Check air temperature drop across the evaporator coil

Recommended annually to improve performance and heating  efficiency. 

• Clean and inspect: main burner orifice, blower wheel, board contacts, combustion chamber, fan motor, vent tubes, and outer casing.
• Adjust electrode assembly 
• Test module board 
• Reassemble furnace using new gaskets.

Recommended annually to maintain water heater efficacy and cleanliness. 

• Drain & flush water heater
• Change anode rod
• Change water filter
• 12 hour fresh water system sanitization with bleach
